The main bug is that you cant modify a reservation. As soon as you select a new end-time it crashes. I had to revert to the website on my phone. Im still a big fan. Developers just need better testing prior to release.

This app does not work at all. It crashes all the time. When I tried to extend my reservation, after I chose a time, the app just shut down. And loading things takes forever. Such a big company, why dont you spend more money on hiring legit developers to make the rating of your app more than 1 star or at least useable?

I second the sentiments of the other one star reviewers. And dont expect customer service to help. A better app and company before they were taken over by a traditional car rental company.

The app doesnt load anything.. Please fix.

Lets me book a zipcar about 30% of the time, cant even open the one-way beta page, no account section with info if I want to switch cards and whatnot, and the worst is the app non stop crashing when youre trying to change reservation time which then leads you to get charged a late fee. Hurry and fix this Zipcar!!

They mis-charged me several times and made it really hard to get refunded. Zipcar used to be reliable back in 5 years ago, but now they seem to break down.

I cant use the app until I have an account, and I cant have an account without receiving a card in the mail. My problem is you dont this info until youve paid their setup fee. Inconvenient for immediately renting a car and deceitful upfront on their part.

As it is Zipcar is expensive. Now it just cashed when I try to open it. Im better off taking public transportation with SEPTA. Maybe Enteprise has their sh!t together.

I try to change a reservation and it keeps shutting down. If this is a known problem, they need to fix it.

Heavy heavy Zipcar user. Everything was fine when I was on the old app for my 5s. Get a 6s, update to new app, and now if force closes EVERY TIME I try to "change reservation". Which is a HUGE part of using the app. Can we please fix this bug? Ive deleted and reinstalled, same result.

The orange preview prices are sometime $1 less per hour than when you click on them, please fix

Cant make any changes without "my reservation" changing. Please resolve this

I GIVE THIS CAR SHARE 5 BILLION THUMBS DOWN , THEY WANNA CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF A SIMPLE BALANCE ISSUE .. MY FRIEND CREATED AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND HIS ACCOUNT GOT REJECTED HOW ?! ONLY GOD KNOWS WAITING FOR AN EMAIL TELLING US WHY -_-

This app used to work great. For the past year, it is buggy, shuts down, logs me out, gets stuck loading. Its more trouble than its worth. I end up on Lyft because I cant ever get this app to work when I need it.

After update the app no longer says where my car reservations are ("location unknown"). Crashes when estimating the cost of a change to a reservation.

Easy to use. Reserve wheels when I want for an hour or three. Select preferred wheels in a number of nearby locations. Ability to change or cancel reservations in the app. Any issues, 800 customer service is right on it. BTW, customer service in the San Francisco office is top notch and extremely responsive to concerns. They even moved a favorite car to my pick-up location.

It wont let me sign up it keeps saying "were having trouble connecting to our server. Please check your connection and try again.
