Seems like a really nice app ;)

I love ZipCar. Always great. App still thinks I live in my old neighborhood and its not intuitive how I can change my home location. Otherwise vehicles are great and tidy for the most part.

Since the new update I cant sign in, used to be working fine before...

A very easy app to use and access such an amazingly convenient and affordable rental service.

This version lacks the feature of searching by car, please update

I really like the new app and the fact that I can now search from the list and the map at the same time, but please bring back the feature of searching for specific model or type of cars.

The ability to change your credit card info should be included come on Zipcar your the future but your not living up to the hype

Theyve copied Facebook by putting a generic paragraph about what each update offers. Dont like that - less information is not a good thing.

I want to know what you changed before I update.

this app is terrible. the "find cars" button is greyed out and will not let me search available vehicles, no matter what settings, etc i try.

Keeps crashing since update.

If you want to end a booking earlier the function doesnt work. Also half the time the "my booking" section is not accurate

Some minor issues with the service but the amazing customer service makes up for it.

Never crashes and always works fast. Great to have on the go when I need to book a ZipCar last min. Always updated with the latest car info

It only works if I enter the Correct login credentials. If my login info is wrong it tells me so.

It doesnt recognize my username or password. Gives an error saying the user doesnt exist. Works fine in the browser, but its a shitty experience. $500M company and cant even launch a decent app.

As far as the app goes,it works very well. But as far as reliability of service.....maybe not so much. Booked a car, couldnt get into the car park and then when I did the car was gone, had to re-book, but the inconvenience cascaded and ended up getting caught in weekend traffic which resulted in having to pay more (and show up 50 min late to a client) in the end. Probably wont be using again. Probably will use a competitors service like Car2Go, just have a bad taste in my mouth after this experience.

Congratulations Zipcar for this detailed and easy to use car sharing app.
