Please fix- thks is super annoying. Used to be a pretty solid app. Zipcar should be embarassed for making a program that crashes like this.

The upgrade on Feb 15 is very, very slow! Sometimes it gives an error message when logging into the app. Even after logging in, it can take more than 5 minutes to “find a car”. I have an iPhone 5S. Whoever is coding this app needs to do more performance testing!

I have an iPhone 5s and the app wont even finish updating! Cant open, cant use, why didnt you guys test it out before!? Cmon zipcar

After I entered my login, the app crashed and it hasnt opened since.

Stuck on installing. IPhone 6S on iOS 9.2.1. Cant delete the app to reinstall.

The new version does not finish installing and cannot be open or removed from my 5s. When I use it on 6s it kept crushing. Please resolve the problem asap.

The application is very good but every time I need to check the previous bookings to cross check my payments I need to use the browser to open the website. This feature should be added to the application. I am a Software Engineer. I can add nee features to this application. If not please tell your team to add more features. Apart from this the Application is good

This app really does nothing but crash. Now, granted, it crashes cleanly, doesnt seem to leave any nasty artifacts for other apps to contend with, but I start it, it stops. Thats about it. Makes it hard to evaluate as an app that does anything, as the only thing it does is crash. This is on iPhone 6S, iOS 9.2.1.

This app always force closes, it will say error when you try to change reservation. My whole zipcar experience so far has been trash!

Trying to create an account but keeps giving me the same pop up over & over again about not being able to connect. Horrible!

Wont work unless Im on wifi. Which isnt helpful when Im not at home and trying to unlock a car or change my reservation while Im on the go.

The app complains about a lack of connectivity and just shuts down. Unable to reserve, logged out, unable to log back in. This is a service that cant afford a downtime like this especially when a chunk of uoir customer base is looking for quick transportation using 1 way rides. Very disappointed.

I can book reservations, but then they dont show up in "my reservations." Cant change payment options from the app, see Rez history, member drivers, etc. very uncool and in need of a serious overhaul.

Lame App. Had an option to "Join" and after doing so turns out you cant use the App to "Join". And if you intent not to let user join using your App then why give them the option. Lame Lame Lame!

A very important feature -- adjusting ones reservation -- crashes when you change it.

You can reserve a car but thats about it. As others have mentioned, "my reservations" is blank and "drive" section does nothing but play a horn sound from your phone. The cars horn remains silent so good luck locating your car in a busy car park. Also, forget about unlocking/locking your car with the app.

This app is completely unusable. It requires that I login every time I open it and then protests that it has no record of my username - that same username and password that works fine on the zip car website. I used to be able to make and modify reservations with tie app. No longer. It simply doesnt work.
