Very convenient and straightforward. I wished zip cars could be returned at different location than the pick up though.

If you dont have a car, you need zipcar. Trips to ikea, airport pick ups, or a trip to the burbs to visit family, youll find a thousand uses. SO much cheaper than owning! And their technology ALWAYS works.

Never had an issue. Never had a glitch. Great app, does exactly as promised. Very happy to be able to adjust my reservation on the go.

His app is bug free but needs to become upgraded for iPhone 6 Plus screen.

If you forget your password or username the fact you cant reset it from the app is a bit annoying. More importantly not being able to filter cars by automatic or manual is a real problem.

I find the app and Zipcar as a whole easy to use.

I never had any issue with app. The system works very good.

Has a couple of bugs with the reservation time settings but otherwise so far so good.
