Very good app, very useful. Just one thing: it would be great to see the license plate of the car booked in the "reservation" section.

Easy to use and very efficient, as Zipcar is, a very nice app.

I like using this app because of its simplicity of use. The app works as I expect it.

Some bad moments

Reserving a car is no problem but its hard to navigate to look at your own account info; acct balance, and personal info.

If you forget your password or username the fact you cant reset it from the app is a bit annoying. More importantly not being able to filter cars by automatic or manual is a real problem.

Since the new update I cant sign in, used to be working fine before...

This version lacks the feature of searching by car, please update

The ability to change your credit card info should be included come on Zipcar your the future but your not living up to the hype

this app is terrible. the "find cars" button is greyed out and will not let me search available vehicles, no matter what settings, etc i try.
