Reasons for the bad reviews? AVIS

So imagine what would happen if Mike Levine who owns Yellow, Checker and a bunch of other cab companies bought Uber. What would happen? A same amount of lack of innovation and horrible service they are known for.

Zipcar used to work great before AVIS bought them out. In fact it was a superior service that I could use on my old iPhone 3GS without any hiccups.

The service has sadly changed with the old guard buying up Zipcar and literally destroying the brand by making it more AVIS FRIENDLY.

Customer service at Zipcar used to be the best now AVIS has brought in their convict call center workers who can barely speak English.

I like Zipcar but loath AVIS
