Great idea, not so great execution
I have had a zip card membership for 6 weeks and I have yet to receive a zip card to the correct address. I was not aware that if you park under a parking garage that you would not have service to unlock the car from your mobile phone. So from there I was locked out of the card and waiting for the road side assistance to arrive and the guy (Augustine) was horrific. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Then today I had to pick up my sister (who is 14 from the airport and I was not able to catch the train) and I wasnt able to use the lock and unlock function on on my phone because they blocked my access, not even allowing me to make a reservation. Its ridiculous that I am paying and dont even get to use the features that are suppose to be provided in the app. They dont have it together. Ive heard car2go is better
